I've always been drawn to meaningful conversation - the kind that helps people understand themselves and each other. Even as a kid, I was the one leaning in, listening closely, and trying to make sense of what motivated people. That curiosity has shaped everything I've done since.
Over the years, I've found myself naturally stepping into roles where guiding, supporting, and developing others was simply part of who I am. Whether leading teams, serving in my church, or gathering women around a table, I tend to be the person people come to when they need clarity, perspective, or a safe place to process.
Coaching feels like the most natural expression of how I'm wired. I love noticing patterns, connecting the dots, and offering insight that helps people understand themselves and the people around them.

I'm a black-coffee-in-the-morning, red-wine-in-the-evening kind of girl. I love walking with friends, gathering people around a table, cooking for a crowd, getting lost in a good book, and hanging out with my husband and adult kids.
And yes - I will always eat with chopsticks when given the chance.
Travel & Adventure
- Would almost always rather fly than drive
- Lived in Africa from ages 14–17 with missionary parents - graduated from Rift Valley Academy in Kijabe, Kenya
- Speaks Spanish (not fluently, but enough to get by)
Food & Flavor
- Eats with chopsticks most of the time
- First career was as a self-taught personal chef
- Has a weird ability to know what something will taste like just from reading the recipe
- Hates popcorn

- Can sing harmony and was in her high school choir
- Can sneer on both sides of her nose… and touch her nose with her tongue

- Has a chinchilla named Obi Wan and cats named Kylo and Beru
- Has lived in the Midwest for 20+ years but still considers herself a Californian
- Husband's name is Dennis… but she calls him Mel (it's a long story)
